These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.cranemountaindental.com (the “Site”) and to purchases of dental services and products from Crane Mountain Dental (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Crane Mountain Dental (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:

SMS Messaging Service: By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Crane Mountain Dental for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out. Message Frequency You will receive about 4 to 5 Messages and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Privacy Policy: Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at HERE.

Opt-Out Instructions:  You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. Reply HELP for support. You may also contact us directly by Contacting us.

 Liability: We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes. It is not dental or medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified dentist or healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make a purchase. If you are under 18, please do not provide personal information through the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, and images, is owned or licensed by Crane Mountain Dental. It may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. No reproduction, modification, or distribution without our permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site fraudulently or in violation of laws

6. Online Payments & Purchases

When paying online or in-office, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize our payment processor to complete the transaction. All payments are subject to these Terms.

  • Treatment Plans and Estimates: Costs are based on information available at the time of consultation. Changes may occur if clinical conditions differ.

  • Insurance: We may submit claims as a courtesy, but you are responsible for balances not covered by insurance.

  • Payment: Fees are due at the time services are provided unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Refunds & Cancellations:

    • Services are non-refundable once rendered.

    • Unopened, unused retail items may be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Custom appliances and special orders are non-returnable.

    • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • Financing: If available, financing is through third-party lenders under their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes from dental treatments or that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crane Mountain Dental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crane Mountain Dental, its staff, and affiliates from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the Site, services, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon (Lakeview office) and California (Alturas office). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the county where the relevant office is located.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
