Meet Dr. Patrick Sabin Dr. Sabin was born and raised in Lakeview, OR. Following his fathers foot steps he decided to become a Dentist and graduated from OHSU Dental School in 1979. He practiced in Lakeview, OR for 34 years and has been practicing in Alturas, CA for over 7 years. Dr. Sabin is an avid hunter and fisherman. He loves his wife, 3 daughters and grandkids.
